Caffeine
I like the way you make me feel
The adrenaline in my veins
The calming of my ocean
The soother of mental pains
The honing of ADHD
Creates clarity in my brain
My miserable state
Is now a forgotten eyestrain
My Eyeball Twitches
Unrelated to the prior poem
My right eye twitches
Possible relation to lack of good sleep
Most probable reason is stress
So many hours in a day
So many days in a year
So many years in a decade
This decaying life do I fear
I want to do everything
But my body only goes so far
The thought of doing bother task
Leaves me in shambles
I’m in internal distress
But I have to keep going
To reap what I sew
I have to wait till harvest season
