Hello, I hope January is treating you well. I have a couple news this month that I would like to share with you. Firstly, I have closed my online shop due to inactivity and didn't see a point to keeping it open when I wasn't updating or selling on the site. You can still find my items on Websites like Depop, Mercari and Ebay. I sell both handmade items and secondhand items at my shops. In the future I'd like to integrate shopping on this site, but for now since I have a larger audience on other platforms, I plan to stay selling on them for now.
In other news I will start selling my art locally again at events. I will try to post regular updates so you know where to find me. There are two confirmed events on the calendar this year. I will be participating in the Art and Food Festival at Stonestown. This festival is located on 501 Buckingham Way San Francisco, right behind the mall. The festival begins at 11am and will end at 5pm. There will be local artists, food venders and vintage clothing vendors at the event. The first 45 attendees who purchase from a vendor will receive a free Lunar New Year gift. I hope to see you there! I will be bringing many things like jewelry, art and my hair accessories as well as a couple Valentines themed items. So don’t miss out! You can find more information on the organizers Instagram.
The Next event is Carrier Con which is hosted on the USS Hornet. Located on 707 W Hornet Ave, Alameda California. The event times are from 10am-6pm. There will be many fun things to do at the con, as well as many artist vendors to shop from. This will be my second year at the Carrier Con. I loved the event so much I had to go back. You will also have access to the ships museum that's located below deck. I will be bringing more of my anime related merchandise along with handmade crafts. Last year my plush birds were so popular that I plan to bring more this time around. Everything is always first come first serve, and I have limited stock of items due to everything being handmade.
Lastly if you don’t know, I post a monthly comic on my Instagram. Comic posts are every 16th of the month. You can find them here! I’m currently working on deciding what platform to post my comics. For now, I will stick with Instagram, you can also find them on my TikTok page. Blog posts are always the first of the month and sometimes also on the 18th day of the month.
Some Future Goals in Mind…
Since it’s the new year I’d like to strive towards reaching a broader audience both locally and online, investing in my art and business. There are many things I love doing, writing, drawing, and creating. At the end of the day the things that I do are for personal reasons, and to share with you the things that I love. I want to make friends, have connections with others, and share the love with everyone in the world. I cannot wait to see what this year brings forth. I hope your year turns out well.
