First, we have my popular yellow banana hat. I was inspired by bananas. It all started with a joke when I sold banana keychains at markets. They were a hit or miss when sold but everyone loved them. Or loved squeezing them and laughing about it with their friends. I thought you know what would be funny: a banana hat. I had the hat marinating in my head for months, possibly up to a year before I said what the hey and started making them. It took many tries, but I got the shape and fit perfectly to my liking. Next I sell cat ears. I purchased blank headbands a couple years back because I used to make bear ears. I’ve sold very few. I was left with lots of blank headbands. So I came up with the idea two years back during October to make some cat ears. It took some trial and error but I was able to come up with the perfect process to make them. They are kind of annoying to make due to the fact I have to use thinner yarn and a very small hook. I still make them because it brightens people’s day when they see them. New product alert. Alien antennas! If it’s not obvious, I'm a fan of outer space and the “unknown”. Do I think little green aliens are real? Meh. But I do think it’s funny to have antennas. Different kinds of antennas are in the process. My greatest difficulty is making things through trial and error. I have a bad habit of not writing my instructions down so it's like re-figuring it out every time. Oops. Etsy

I also make other animal ears. My first pair of ears were clip on cat ears from 2016. That’s almost 10 years ago! I can’t believe it’s been so long. I’ve shuffled through so many crafts, but I find myself going back to making cute hair accessories. Mostly just unique one of a kind that I sell at craft fairs but I’m definitely hoping to sell more though online. Making fun hats and accessories brings me joy. I also sell hair clips as well.
