Pumpkin Flower Fried Egg Toast

Egg in a hole but with Latino American influences.

Cheesy Egg in a Hole
Toasty Yummy Breakfast Toast

This is my take on fried egg toast but with a flair. Mainly known as Egg in a Hole, but I find that silly to say… This breakfast toast is pretty quick and doesn't take too much time to make. Typically, at my house the chirmol, which is a Guatemalan salsa, is made fresh with meals, but all I had was chunky store bought salsa which was still good. The dish can be served without salsa, but what's the point to the recipe if there is no salsa? This recipe serves 1-2 people. You can adjust ratios to serve more people. This recipe accompanies a blog post about Pumpkin flowers. If you haven't read it yet, you can check it out here! "Calabaza Calabaza"
