Poetry: Seed Sower

Seed Sower
Sowing abundantly without holding back,
Scarcity is in the land but be the one to fill it.
Covering each dead dirt patch,
In hopes that the plants will spring forth and heal it.
Greed does good for no one,
So, plant some seeds,
And let’s heal the land,
To over crowd the weeds.
The weeds that self-plant and dominate,
Let’s take back what once belonged to us.
Throw down the iron gates,
And help resuscitate.
Don’t cower in terror,
The time is near,
Don’t let us fear,
The overtaking.
Before this earth ends,
Let’s heal it!
Before we fade away,
Let’s heal it!
Don’t hold back,
But give it all,
To see it’s growth,
And save it from rotting,
Don’t let the world fall.
We are being choked out and lied to,
They took life away, but we can bring it back,
With much generosity,
Let’s be a support where others lack.
